IMI Disha welcomes original high quality papers on management, business and organization issues from both academicians and practitioners. Paper based on theoretical/ empirical research/ experience should satisfy the criteria for good quality research but also must show the practical applicability and/or policy implications of their conclusions. All articles are first screened at the editors’ level, and those considered of sufficiently high quality are double blind referred by high quality reviewers who ensure a high standard of academic rigor in all the articles.
